The information collected by The Palm SPrings Surf Club falls into two categories: (1) information voluntarily supplied by users to our Site and the The Palm SPrings Surf Club Booking Software (including information supplied by users when creating an account or using the “Public Areas”) and (2) tracking information recorded by us as users navigate through our Site or use the The Palm Springs Surf Club Booking Software.
