Enjoy all day access to our Jacuzzi’s! As we dive into winter, the jacuzzis are pumping full blast and while they’re usually reserved for cabana guests only, we’re offering an access package to be added to your session! This package is $40 and in addition to all day jacuzzi access, you get the option of our White Signature PSSC hat or a PSSC short sleeve shirt OR a $35 F&B credit for dining at our restaurant, Navigator. Nope! We’re OPEN TO THE PUBLIC! While “club” is in our name, it doesn’t mean you need a membership to join the fun. Everyone is welcome to ride the waves, hang out in the lounge pool, float the lazy river, ride the waterslides, and enjoy all the awesome experiences we have to offer. We offer both public and private surf sessions. Here’s the difference:
- Public Surf Sessions are organized by surfing level and wave setting. You can book a session based on your skill level (intermediate, advanced, or expert) and the specific wave settings for that session. Seasonal beginner sessions are also available throughout the year. All public surf sessions can be booked directly through the Surf tab on our website.
- Private Surf Sessions provide exclusive access to the entire surf pool for you and your group, offering a customizable and intimate experience. You can surf your favorite wave on repeat or change the wave settings on demand while you’re in the water—it’s entirely up to you! Available wave options include A-Frames, Rights and Lefts, the Clean Easy Tube, The Slab, the Air Section, and more. Private sessions can be booked through the Surf tab on our website or by emailing reservations@palmspringssurfclub.com.
Booking is easy! Simply visit our Surf page of our website! For all private sessions, please contact our customer service team by emailing us at reservations@palmspringssurfclub.com. We recommend booking all types of surf sessions in advance, especially during peak seasons, to secure your preferred time slot.
A private surf session offers much more than just exclusive access to the surf pool! It includes access to our luxury VIP locker rooms, complete with steam showers and premium toiletries. You’ll also enjoy a private cabana for the day, with food and beverage service at your fingertips. Plus, you’ll have exclusive access to the temperature-controlled dip pools right in front of your cabana—perfect for unwinding and relaxing after your surf session. We release booking windows for our public surf sessions a couple of months at a time. However, private surf bookings are available to book year-round. If you’re waiting for new availability for public sessions, we recommend subscribing to our email list to receive early notifications when new months are opened for booking. You can sign up for our emails directly on our website. For any private session inquiries, please email us at reservations@palmspringssurfclub.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you!
If the day you’re interested in shows no availability during our booking window, it likely means the day is fully booked. If the date is in the future and outside of our current booking window, it could mean that the day hasn’t been made available for reservations yet. Surfing is fun for all ages! However, to enter the surf pool, participants must be at least 42 inches tall and able to swim independently.
Absolutely! We’ve partnered with Flowstate, which uses AI technology to automatically detect and capture your waves in real time. To access your photos and videos, simply visit www.Flowstate.zone, search for the Palm Springs Surf Club, and create an account. Once you’re set up, you’ll have access to all your surf footage—easy as that!
Appropriate swimwear is required and determined by The Palm Springs Surf Club Management. No pants, visible undergarments, transparent attire, denim, or inappropriate and/or vulgar attire is allowed.
Not at all! While surfing is our highlight, we offer much more. Enjoy year-round access to our cabanas, which feature exclusive dip pools and stunning views of the surf pool, along with jumbo screens showing fun content like football games during the season. We also have two on-site restaurants and several bars for dining and drinks. Our seasonal waterpark includes waterslides, a lazy river, a splash pad for the younger ones, and a relaxing lounge pool. Throughout the year, we host a variety of events, from parties to concerts, and offer multiple rental spaces for you to create your own unforgettable event.
Park hours vary by season with our standard hours of operation typically from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The surf pool is available year-round, though its hours may vary depending on the day. For the current surf pool schedule, please visit the Surf tab on our website. The waterpark operates seasonally and will reopen in Spring 2025—please refer to our General Admission tab for the most current details. Please note that availability can fluctuate due to weather conditions or special events, so we recommend checking ahead or contacting us for the latest updates.
While we don’t offer ongoing discounts or packages for regular customers, we do run occasional promotions throughout the year, offering discounts on surf sessions. Additionally, for the waterpark, we will be launching a season pass for the 2025 season in February. To stay in the loop and be alerted when new promotions go live, we encourage you to subscribe to our email list for the latest updates and offers. You can subscribe to this email list through our website.
Yes, for safety reasons, all participants are required to sign a waiver before engaging in any activities. We highly recommend completing the waiver ahead of time for a smoother and quicker check in experience. After making a reservation on our website, you will receive a confirmation email along with a separate waiver email from our waiver system, Wherewolf. Simply follow the link in the email to complete your waiver. Alternatively, you can visit our website to fill out the waiver directly. Please note that on busy days, guests who have completed their waivers in advance can use the fast lane for check-in, helping avoid longer wait times.

Absolutely! We offer tailored group bookings and event packages for corporate events, private parties, and incentive programs. With a variety of rentable spaces available, we can help you create the perfect outing. For larger groups, we also offer food & beverage service options and the possibility of reserving exclusive areas of the surf club. Yes, the Palm Spring Surf Club is a cashless property. At the Palm Springs Surf Club, we strive to provide a seamless and secure experience for all our guests. Yes, we have plenty of parking available for all our guests. Please note, during peak seasons or special events, a parking fee may apply, which varies depending on the time of year. We recommend checking with us in advance for any applicable charges.

Yes, there is a lost and found on property. It is located in the Guest Relations office located near the Waterpark General Admission gates. Please feel free to stop by there to locate your items or email us a description of what you are missing and a way to reach you to info@palmspringssurfclub.com. Please write “Lost and Found” in the subject line. Please note: The Palm Springs Surf Club is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles.
For the safety and enjoyment of all our guests, please refrain from bringing the following:

- Outside food and beverages

- Personal flotation devices (e.g., water wings, life vests, inflatables)

Yes! We have our own single rider tubes and double rider tubes on hand for guests to use. We also provide all life vests. All life vests are coast guard approved. Please refrain from bringing any personal inflatables.
By purchasing any reservation, booking, or ticket at The Palm Springs Surf Club, all individuals automatically agree to our Code of Conduct. This includes the following expectations:
- Treat all guests, staff, and property with respect and courtesy.
- Refrain from any behavior that may be considered disrespectful or offensive.
- Ensure that clothing worn outside of water attractions complies with public decency standards.
- Respect others in queues and follow designated lines.
- No cutting or saving places in lines.
- Respond promptly to any security or safety signals or announcements.
- Refrain from entering non-designated areas.
- Walk, do not run, in designated walking areas to prevent slips and falls.
- Avoid rough play, including pushing, shoving, or engaging in any behavior that may cause harm to others.
- Use appropriate language and refrain from any behavior that may be considered offensive or disruptive.
- Use designated bins for the disposal of trash and litter.
- Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited within the waterpark premises.
- Consumption of outside alcohol or any illegal substances is strictly prohibited within the property.
Consumption of any mind altering substance is strictly prohibited if participating in onsite water activities.

Cancellation Policy for Public Surf Sessions at The Palm Springs Surf Club
The Palm Springs Surf Club (PSSC) operates regardless of weather conditions. However, surf sessions may be canceled in cases of severe weather, local or federal mandates, or unforeseen mechanical or safety issues. If PSSC cancels a surf session for any of these reasons, customers will be issued a PSSC Credit for future use. Please note that The Palm Springs Surf Club is not financially responsible for any travel expenses incurred when booking a session.
- All sales are final; no refunds will be issued.
- Customers may request to reschedule their session a minimum of 72 hours prior to the first scheduled session, subject to availability.
- Bookings made less than 72 hours before the start time are not eligible for refunds or PSSC Credit.
- Changes or modifications to a public surf session reservation cannot be made within 24 hours of the start time of the scheduled session.
Cancellation Policy for Private Surf Sessions at The Palm Springs Surf Club
The Palm Springs Surf Club (PSSC) operates regardless of weather conditions. However, surf sessions may be canceled in cases of severe weather, local or federal mandates, or unforeseen mechanical or safety issues. If PSSC cancels a surf session for any of these reasons, customers will be issued a PSSC Credit for future use. Please note that The Palm Springs Surf Club is not financially responsible for any travel expenses incurred when booking a session.
- A date and time of interest for a private session will be held for a maximum of 24 hours. Confirmation and payment must be completed within this time frame; otherwise, the booking will be automatically released.
- Reservations totaling less than 8 hours of private surf require full payment at the time of booking.
- Reservations of 8 hours or more require a 50% deposit at the time of booking if made more than 14 days in advance. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the arrival date.
- Cancellations made more than 72 hours but less than 14 days prior to the first surf session will receive a PSSC Credit equal to the full amount of the reservation, excluding processing fees.
- Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the first surf session will receive a full refund, excluding processing fees.
Cancellation Policy for Jacuzzi Passes at The Palm Springs Surf Club
The Palm Springs Surf Club (PSSC) operates regardless of weather conditions. However, jacuzzi access may be limited or unavailable in cases of unforeseen maintenance, safety concerns, or local or federal mandates. If PSSC is unable to provide access to the jacuzzi for any of these reasons, customers will be issued a PSSC Credit for future use. Please note that PSSC is not financially responsible for any travel expenses incurred when booking a jacuzzi pass.
- All sales are final; no refunds will be issued for jacuzzi pass purchases.
- Customers may request to reschedule their jacuzzi pass up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled reservation, subject to availability.
- Reservations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled time are not eligible for refunds or PSSC Credit.
Cancellation Policy for General Admission Water Park at The Palm Springs Surf Club
The Palm Springs Surf Club (PSSC) operates rain or shine. However, General Admission may be canceled due to severe weather, local or federal mandates, or unforeseen mechanical or safety issues. If PSSC cancels General Admission access for ticket holders for 50% or more of the set operational park hours, customers will receive a PSSC Credit for future use. Please note that The Palm Springs Surf Club is not financially responsible for any travel expenses incurred while purchasing a General Admission ticket.
- Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of booking for all General Admission reservations.
- Refunds and Credits:
- Full refunds will be provided for any booking canceled at least 72 hours prior to the reservation date (excluding processing fees).
- Cancellations made within 72 hours but more than 24 hours prior to the reservation will receive a PSSC Credit equal to the full amount of the reservation (excluding processing fees).
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation will not receive a refund or credit.

Cancellation Policy for Event Tickets at The Palm Springs Surf Club

However, PSSC Ticketed Events/Parties, may be canceled due to severe weather, local or federal mandates, or unforeseen mechanical or safety issues. In the event that PSSC cancels Event/Party access for Event ticket holders/reservations for 50% or more of the set operational park hours, customers will be offered a PSSC Credit for future use. Please note that The Palm Springs Surf Club is not financially responsible for any travel expenses incurred while purchasing an event ticket.
- Payment Terms: All Event ticket reservations require full payment at the time of booking.
- Refunds and Credits:
- No Refunds: All sales are final; refunds will not be issued.
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the reservation will receive a PSSC Credit equal to the full amount of the reservation, excluding processing fees.
