Local Discount

Local discount season passes are available for purchase. To qualify for our local discount, customers must present proof of residency at the time of check-in. To be eligible for a local discount pass, individuals must provide valid proof of residency within the designated local cities outlined below. Acceptable forms of proof include:
Valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., driver’s license, passport) showing current local address, a utility bill, or a lease agreement showing the individual’s name and current local address. Please note that failure to provide valid proof of residency may result in the standard rate being charged. Local discount passes will be issued at the discretion of The Palm Springs Surf Club upon presentation of valid proof of residency. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain the integrity of our discount programs.

1. Pass Validity: The season pass is valid for the specified season only and grants admission on valid and applicable operating days during regular operating hours. Water Park Season Pass starts on March 28, 2026, and ends on September 27, 2026.
2. Non-Transferable: The season pass is non-transferable and may only be used by the named pass holder. It cannot be resold or transferred to another individual.
3. Photograph Required: A photograph of the pass holder may be required for identification purposes and to prevent misuse
4. Lost or Stolen Passes: Lost or stolen passes should be reported immediately to The Palm Springs Surf Club management. A replacement fee may apply.
5. Refunds: Water Park Season passes are non-refundable once purchased. *see Water Park Season Pass Cancellation Terms for more details.
6. Park Rules and Regulations: Pass holders must adhere to all park rules and regulations, including dress codes, safety guidelines, and behavioral standards. Failure to comply may result in the revocation of the pass without refund.
7. Access Restrictions: The season pass does not guarantee immediate entry in the event of park capacity constraints. Pass holders may be subject to admission restrictions during peak periods.
8. Additional Charges: Some attractions, events, or services within the park may require an additional fee. Season pass holders may be entitled to discounts on certain
   purchases, as outlined by the park. Surf sessions and/or surf session discounts are NOT included in Water Park Season Passes.
9. Modification of Terms: The Palm Springs Surf Club reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Pass holders are responsible for staying updated on any changes.
10. Liability: Pass holders assume all risks associated with the use of the Water Park Season Pass and the facilities within The Palm Springs Surf Club property. The park is not liable for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage sustained on its premises.
11. Age and Height Requirements: Some attractions may have age, height, or health restrictions. Pass holders must meet these requirements to access certain rides or facilities.
12. Season Extensions: The Palm Springs Surf Club may extend or shorten the operating season at its discretion. Pass validity dates will be adjusted accordingly.
13. Conduct: Pass holders are expected to conduct themselves in a courteous and respectful manner towards other guests and staff members. Disorderly conduct may result in
    ejection from the park without refund.
14. Enforcement: The Palm Springs Surf Club management reserves the right to enforce these terms and conditions and to refuse entry or revoke the season pass of any individual not in compliance.
15. Stacking Offers: Water Park Season Pass discounted benefits are not valid with any other promotions, offers, or discounts
16. Benefits & Discounts
    • PSSC Private Label Retail Discount: Discount can only be used on one item per visit. Purchase must be made in person only. No online purchases apply.
    • Cabana and Daybed Reservation Discounts: Cabanas and Daybeds cannot be pre-booked. Only day-of reservations will be accepted at check-in. Limited to one cabana and one daybed reservation per operational day. Season Pass Blackout dates apply.
17. Surf: Water Park Season Passes do NOT include surf sessions or any discounts on surf.
