• Height Requirement: To enter the surf pool, participants must be at least 42 inches tall.

  • Swim Ability: All surfers must be able to swim independently.

  • Safety Briefing/Waiver: A signed waiver is mandatory, and surfers must follow all safety signals and staff announcements.

  • Equipment Safety: Hard-top surfboards are typically not permitted in the “Reform” (beginner/bodyboard) zone; single and double rider tubes are provided for non-surf waterpark areas.

  • Prohibited Behavior: Rough play, pushing, and “cutting” in the wave lineup are strictly prohibited.

  • Substance Policy: Consumption of any mind-altering substance is strictly prohibited if participating in surf or water activities.
