Cancellation Policy for Public Surf Sessions at The Palm Springs Surf Club

The Palm Springs Surf Club (PSSC) operates regardless of weather conditions. However, surf

sessions may be canceled in cases of severe weather, local or federal mandates, or unforeseen

mechanical or safety issues. If PSSC cancels a surf session for any of these reasons, customers

will be issued a PSSC Credit for future use. Please note that The Palm Springs Surf Club is not

financially responsible for any travel expenses incurred when booking a session.

• All sales are final; no refunds will be issued.

• Customers may request to reschedule their session a minimum of 72 hours prior to the

first scheduled session, subject to availability.

• Bookings made less than 72 hours before the start time are not eligible for refunds or

PSSC Credit.

• Changes or modifications to a public surf session reservation cannot be made within 24

hours of the start time of the scheduled session.

Cancellation Policy for Private Surf Sessions at The Palm Springs Surf Club

The Palm Springs Surf Club (PSSC) operates regardless of weather conditions. However, surf

sessions may be canceled in cases of severe weather, local or federal mandates, or unforeseen

mechanical or safety issues. If PSSC cancels a surf session for any of these reasons, customers

will be issued a PSSC Credit for future use. Please note that The Palm Springs Surf Club is not

financially responsible for any travel expenses incurred when booking a session.

• A date and time of interest for a private session will be held for a maximum of 24

hours. Confirmation and payment must be completed within this time frame;

otherwise, the booking will be automatically released.

• Reservations totaling less than 8 hours of private surf require full payment at the time

of booking.

• Reservations of 8 hours or more require a 50% deposit at the time of booking if

made more than 14 days in advance. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to

the arrival date.• Cancellations made more than 72 hours but less than 14 days prior to the first surf

session will receive a PSSC Credit equal to the full amount of the reservation, excluding

processing fees.

• Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the first surf session will receive a full

refund, excluding processing fees.

Cancellation Policy for Jacuzzi Passes at The Palm Springs Surf Club

The Palm Springs Surf Club (PSSC) operates regardless of weather conditions. However,

jacuzzi access may be limited or unavailable in cases of unforeseen maintenance, safety

concerns, or local or federal mandates. If PSSC is unable to provide access to the jacuzzi

for any of these reasons, customers will be issued a PSSC Credit for future use. Please

note that PSSC is not financially responsible for any travel expenses incurred when

booking a jacuzzi pass.

All sales are final; no refunds will be issued for jacuzzi pass purchases.

• Customers may request to reschedule their jacuzzi pass up to 72 hours prior to

the scheduled reservation, subject to availability.

• Reservations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled time are not eligible

for refunds or PSSC Credit.

Cancellation Policy for General Admission Water Park at The Palm Springs Surf Club

The Palm Springs Surf Club (PSSC) operates rain or shine. However, General Admission may be

canceled due to severe weather, local or federal mandates, or unforeseen mechanical or safety

issues. If PSSC cancels General Admission access for ticket holders for 50% or more of the set

operational park hours, customers will receive a PSSC Credit for future use. Please note that The

Palm Springs Surf Club is not financially responsible for any travel expenses incurred while

purchasing a General Admission ticket.Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of booking for all General

Admission reservations.

Refunds and Credits:

◦ Full refunds will be provided for any booking canceled at least 72 hours prior to

the reservation date (excluding processing fees).

◦ Cancellations made within 72 hours but more than 24 hours prior to the

reservation will receive a PSSC Credit equal to the full amount of the reservation

(excluding processing fees).

◦ Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation will not receive a refund

or credit.

◦ Bookings made less than 24 hours prior to the start time are not eligible for

refunds or PSSC Credits.

Cancellation Policy for Event Tickets at The Palm Springs Surf Club

The Palm Springs Surf Club (PSSC) operates rain or shine. However, PSSC Events/Parties, may be

canceled due to severe weather, local or federal mandates, or unforeseen mechanical or safety

issues. In the event that PSSC cancels Event/Party access for Event ticket holders/reservations for

50% or more of the set operational park hours, customers will be offered a PSSC Credit for

future use. Please note that The Palm Springs Surf Club is not financially responsible for any

travel expenses incurred while purchasing an event ticket.

Payment Terms: All Event ticket reservations require full payment at the time of

booking.

Refunds and Credits:

No Refunds: All sales are final; refunds will not be issued.

◦ Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the reservation will receive a

PSSC Credit equal to the full amount of the reservation, excluding processing

fees.◦ Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation will not be eligible for a

credit.

◦ Bookings made less than 24 hours prior to the start time will not qualify for

PSSC Credits.

Cancellation Policy for Cabanas and Daybeds at The Palm Springs Surf Club

The Palm Springs Surf Club (PSSC) operates rain or shine. However, Cabana and Daybed

reservations may be canceled due to severe weather, local or federal mandates, or unforeseen

mechanical or safety issues. If PSSC cancels Cabana and Daybed access for ticket holders/

reservations for 50% or more of the set operational park hours, customers will receive a PSSC

Credit for future use. Please note that The Palm Springs Surf Club is not financially responsible

for any travel expenses incurred while purchasing a surf session or general admission ticket.

Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of booking for all Cabana and

Daybed reservations.

Refunds and Credits:

Cabanas:

▪ Full refunds will be provided for any booking canceled at least 72 hours

prior to the reservation date (excluding processing fees).

▪ Cancellations made within 72 hours but more than 24 hours prior to

the reservation will receive a PSSC Credit equal to the full amount of the

reservation (excluding processing fees).

▪ Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation will not receive a

refund or credit.

▪ Bookings made less than 24 hours prior to the start time are not eligible

for refunds or PSSC Credits.

Daybeds:▪ Full Payment is required at the time of booking for all Daybed

reservations.

▪ No refunds will be issued for Daybed reservations.

▪ Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the reservation will

receive a PSSC Credit equal to the full amount of the reservation

(excluding processing fees).

▪ Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation will not receive a

credit.

▪ Bookings made less than 24 hours prior to the start time are not eligible

for PSSC Credits.

The Palm Springs Surf Club Promotion Policy

At Palm Springs Surf Club, we strive to provide the best possible experience for all of our guests. To ensure fairness and consistency, we have established the following policy regarding promotions:

  1. Promotion Validity: Promotions offered by The Palm Springs Surf Club are applicable only at the time of booking. No promotions will be applied retroactively to reservations that have already been confirmed or paid for.
  2. No Retroactive Adjustments: Guests may not request or receive any promotion retroactively, even if they qualify for the promotion after their reservation has been made. All promotional offers must be redeemed during the booking process.
  3. Promotion Availability: Promotions are subject to availability and may change without prior notice. We encourage guests to book early to take advantage of current promotions.
  4. Exceptions: In the rare case of a technical error or system malfunction that prevented a promotion from being applied during the booking process, management may review and make adjustments on a case-by-case basis.
  5. Booking Modifications: If a guest modifies an existing reservation after the promotion period has ended, the new booking will be subject to the current rates and promotions available at the time of modification.
