Terms and Conditions

The Palm Springs Surf Club operates rain or shine. Surf sessions may be canceled due to severe weather, in the rare case of local or federal mandates, or for unforeseen mechanical or safety issues. Should PSSC cancel surf sessions for any reason, the customer will be offered a PSSC Credit for future use. The Palm Springs Surf Club is in no way financially responsible for any travel expenses when a cancellation occurs.

SURF SESSIONS:

Public Surf Sessions

• No refunds.
• Minimum of 72 hours before your first scheduled surf session we will move you into a new date and time based on availability.
• Bookings made less than 72 hours prior to start time will not be eligible for refunds or PSSC credit.

Private Sessions

• Any reservations totaling less than 8 hours of private surf require full payment at the time of booking.
• Reservations for 8 hours of private surf or more require a 50% deposit at the time of booking (if more than 14 days in the future) and full payment 14 days prior to your arrival date.
• Any booking that is cancelled within less than 14 days but more than 72 hours prior to the first surf session associated with the reservation shall receive a PSSC credit equal to the full amount of the reservation (excluding processing fees).
• Any booking that is canceled at least 30 days prior to the first surf session associated with the booking shall receive a refund equal to the full amount of the reservation (excluding processing fees).

WATER PARK:

Any Water Park reservation requires full payment at the time of booking.

Refunds and Resort Credits are subject to the following rules:

• Full refunds will be provided for any booking at least 72 hours prior to your reservation date (excluding processing fees).
• Any booking that is cancelled within less than 72 hours but more than 24 hours prior to the reservation shall receive a PSSC credit equal to the full amount of the reservation (excluding processing fees).
• Bookings made less than 24 hours prior to start time will not be eligible for refunds or PSSC Credits.

CABANAS/DAYBEDS:

• Full refunds will be provided for any booking at least 72 hours prior to your reservation date (excluding processing fees).
• Any booking that is cancelled within less than 72 hours but more than 24 hours prior to the reservation shall receive a PSSC credit equal to the full amount of the reservation (excluding processing fees).
• Bookings made less than 24 hours prior to start time will not be eligible for refunds or PSSC Credits.
