The Palm Springs Surf Club Promotion Policy

At Palm Springs Surf Club, we strive to provide the best possible experience for all of our guests. To ensure

fairness and consistency, we have established the following policy regarding promotions:

time of booking. No promotions will be applied retroactively to reservations that have already been

confirmed or paid for.

No Retroactive Adjustments: Guests may not request or receive any promotion retroactively, even if

they qualify for the promotion after their reservation has been made. All promotional offers must be

redeemed during the booking process.

Promotion Availability: Promotions are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.

We encourage guests to book early to take advantage of current promotions.

Exceptions: In the rare case of a technical error or system malfunction that prevented a promotion

from being applied during the booking process, management may review and make adjustments on a

case-by-case basis.

Booking Modifications: If a guest modifies an existing reservation after the promotion period has

ended, the new booking will be subject to the current rates and promotions available at the time of

modification.
